This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing products and services from ModernIncome.io. Please read and understand all conditions thoroughly before proceeding with any purchase.
Cost of Service:
Our service includes the design and setup of your store, along with the provision of digital products. These products are downloadable files that you are authorized to sell. Editing or altering these files in any way will void any support we might offer and we assume no liability for misuse of these products.
Hosting:
Please note, hosting is not included in our service. After your 3-day Shopify trial expires, you must pay for your Shopify store to be activated to continue hosting your store.
Apps and Subscription Payments:
ModernIncome, LLC, doing business as “ModernIncome,” charges only a one-time fee for our store building and creation services, without any recurring or subscription fees. Once your store is delivered, we release all rights to the store and will not be responsible for any other charges that may occur due to upgrades, app installations, or purchases on your Shopify store. We also disclaim any responsibility for future charges related to expired free trials or app subscriptions.
Technical Support:
Support includes assistance with app functionality and basic store operations like product importation. If the Shopify subscription is inactive after 3 days, standard support will be discontinued. Note: Technical support does NOT include customization of themes or layouts. Our themes are designed for easy customization and our service deliverables are final upon completion.
Shopify Payment Gateway Policies:
We do not support or setup payment gateways for products that Shopify's policies prohibit. Store owners are responsible for obtaining their own payment gateway approvals.
Order Placement:
To avoid complications, please use an email address not previously used to sign up for a 3-day Shopify free trial when placing your order.
1. Fulfillment of Service:
Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm your purchase within 48 hours and commence the store setup. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed; delays may occur if Shopify experiences downtime.
Store Access:
For redesigns or revamps, detailed access instructions will be emailed. If access is not granted within 48 hours of order placement, a new store will be created and transferred, excluding any free trial periods.
2. Store Management & Products:
ModernIncome is not responsible for managing your store post-delivery or for changes in product pricing. Prices may fluctuate based on supplier adjustments, for which we are not liable.
3. Guarantees:
While we guarantee the delivery of a website capable of generating online income, we do not guarantee success or profitability, as these depend on multiple factors that will be under your control once the website is handed over.
4. Earnings Disclaimer:
We make every effort to accurately represent our products and their potential. However, there are no guarantees that you will earn money using the strategies, ideas, or products provided. Success varies by individual and depends on time, financial investment, knowledge, and skills. We are not responsible for your actions, and any forward-looking statements on our website are purely our opinion of earnings potential.
